ensete (banana plant)
live on the coast of Co. Down on a very exposed site that gets strong winds.  Should I cut all the leaves off and store in our shed?  I thought the whitefly might multiply in the warmth of the shed?  Your comments would be welcome. by Jilted

Garden Paint?
Hi all I am looking to paint my shed and after using cuprinol shades around the garden for a few things I would like to paint my shed in a colour rather than a stain. Is there another paint I can use in the garden rather than a specific garden paint by mdw84

Dahlia Tubers
I've just received my delivery of Dahlia Tubers and all of the instructions say to plant in spring once the soil has warmed. As we have a cold snap forecast for the coming weeks, can I store my tubers in the shed (cold but dry) for a few weeks by Sallyann1964
