Slugs and snails - help needed!!
ended up lasting roughly 24hours before being munched by slugs and snails! This year we took measures to try and combat the problem but I think it's a tad out of hand and really I would really like some advice! We have researched plants which do by fraggle84

I beleive your in the right adam ,i regulary dispose of snails from my garden i move them to the end of the entry at the back of my back garden i spend probaly 30 minutes every fornight checking my garden and removing the pest rather then killing by Dragonfly

What to do with a bucket of snails!!
Yet again I have collected a load of snails in a bucket!! dozens and dozens of them   Whats the quickest way to dispatch them? it got too dark and I had to finish tidying up so i have just left them in the bucket with a lid on them by Sparklepinksunflower

one got attacked by the wealth of snails that live here. You have to spray once a month but it has proved to be far more successful than that 'garlic liquid' potion I tried as well - all plants well eaten so clearly my snails like a bit of garlic by glenysbright

Hi i have just moved into a huge house with a huge garden & decided i would like to grow my own fruit & veg so we dug out my little allotment got planting and all was doing great but now everything is growing well the slugs and snails have decided by Squawk

You say now sign of slugs/snails but have you looked at night time-have you scattered slug pellets about? What type of soil is the best for strawberries do you need slug pellets and I have been told to use straw around the plant PLEASE HELP New by Pauline Page
