plants in flower for a December wedding?
's nothing reliable outdoors for December. If the weather stays mild and fine, lots of flowers. If it clamps down with snow and ice - nothing. by Jean Ewing

Sheds
Ok, the old Woodshed collpased under the snow, so we need a new one. Any opinions as to the best? Tongue and groove? Overlap? Feather edge? None of those words mean much to me. TIA ..does it have to be wood? Are you interested in metal sheds at all by Berghill

Frost
I live in the west of France in the Charente Maritime. I have 3 Ceanothus which have suffered through the cold weather we had last month. We had -10 for a few days and some snow. All the leaves have gone brown. What should I do?

Swiss chard
Last year I grew swiss chard, it grew and grew and we were eating it for months. I thought it would eventually die back over the winter but despite the recent snow it is still looking very much alive and producing small stubby leaves from the base by CottageGardenFairy

Greenhouse
mine twice this year due to the weight of snow and have just carried out a botch up to protect some seeds but fear that a good blast of wind or some more snow will permenantly see to its end.  Mines secondhand with glass. It's solid structure unlike by optima
