Mites in seeds
as a way to kill house dust mites so mite (he hee) work and a lot of seeds can stand freezing.Just a thought. If they are red in colour I would say spider mites, if greyish, they could possibly be pollen mites Too tiny to be flea beetle I'd say, not red by Lokelani

Robinia pseudoacacia 'Frisia' problems
because each patch looks exactly like a clutch of spider eggs. They are in every joint and crevice of bark, and so to be on the safe side I burned all the wood. I still don't know what they are, if indeed they are the cause of the tree's problem, nor do I by Paul N

small bugs on my lettuce and brassicas!

a bit more information we might get a clue as to what's wrong    I  agree,  more info would be good. When I have grown this, a good misting to avoid red spider mite really helped the plant.  Also a good wipe of the leaves with a damp cloth helped too by jacqui4

Beetle
are big. how big are these beetles? where do you see them ? (ground, plants, compost heap?) are there lots of them or the occasional one Quite a few appear like spiders, come in the house on walls, outside on deck or walls, pergola , like you would see a by bunnysgarden

Question for a calm winter moment

think red spider mite sounds like a probably culprit, unless blight got into the greenhouse (but blight wouldn't affect chillies and salad leaves). Is there any evidence of a pest on the plants? Red spider mites, for example, create webs around by lusia62
