Help identifying plants.
's leaves if it gets too dry, and is a martyr to red spider mite and scale insect. Not that I want to put you off, as it's a lovely plant! When it gets big, the leaves are coarser and less interesting, but I can guarantee you won't get that far. If it starts by Bonnie2

Garden arches planting - help needed
not need pruning except to keep them in bounds.  I'm thinking of the alpinas - definitely not the montanas - and the Atragenes like Purple Spider, Frances Rivis and Brunette.   These are not evergreen so would still be on teh arches in winter but looking a by trish beebe

What can I grow in a greenhouse...

climbing rose. My feet were underneath a clump of day lilies. I felt the stabing pain, stepped back onto the path and rubbed my foot and could see two puncture marks side by side about a centimetre apart. I wasn;t sure if a spider had bitten me but a friend by D.Foster
