LILY BULBS
I have had problems with the dreaded Lily beetle this year so I want to lift them and plant them under cover for next year. As I would like to plant something else I would like to do this ASAP. Do I treat than like spring bulbs and feed them by lindapalmara

Weird plant
is grownig from a bulb/corn, but I did not plant it. Does anyone know what this is please? Looks like the flower spike from a partrige - breasted aloe. I 've got two growing in the conservatory . They flowered in April but they were orangey - red . Did you by Bekki Brown

stems If you dig them up you will have to shake the soil off the bulbs, separate them and then probably re-plant them into as many pots as it takes. The pots will need to be kept frost-free over winter and then started into growth in spring under glass. by chica

New year growth starting early
frosts in autumn so nothing that flowered earlier is still in flower. Sounds milder in England. Bulbs just starting to show here and one Christmas rose is out. I think Tim meant to put a comma after his 8C-10C. You are probably right I have got all spring by Tim Burr

In flower now
and violas, virburnum and violets. I even have annual sweet peas still growing but no flowers. Most of my spring bulbs are through with buds showing. My wild flowers are up and growing well too.  One of the bonuses of living in the South West I guess. I live by Muvs Dashwood

Daffodils
? there are lots of daffodils out there     Noooo!!!!!!-do not do this-it seems that is what all gardeners did in the past before they knew better The leaves feed the bulb for next years flowers- tying them stops the natural process-let them go scruffy and die back by Desire For Gardening

in the garden today, far less spring. Only a flash in the pan, I know, but oh so lovely. my crocus in the grass have just come into flower. my bulbs are also popping thier heads; with the trees, shrubs and clematis coming into bud. the only problem being by Flowers

laughing when the harvest produced minute perfect bulbs, just about the size of a small finger nail. this year we have managed the one that looks like an over sized spring onion but rather delish, maybe next year we will get it right.good at most every by kaycurtis
