Tulipa 'Spring Green'

Is this spring worse than last year's?
they are ready for spring (I certainly am) but are eating more now than ever - both me and the birds...and I can't get out in the garden to start working it all off. The job list just keeps growing... I think it is definitely worse than last year by Daintiness

Has spring arrived for you yet?
Here in Cheshire spring just has not arrived yet!   Not one daffodil in flower to be seen in my garden.  What is it like where you are? Yep spring here in Cornwall. Daffs everywhere, flowering currants, berberis Darwinii, hellebores, etc etc. Just by daydaisy

strawberries, spring onions, garlic& tomatoes
planter best?? ive tried a terracotta planter before but it was disasterous, top too wet, soil washed out, bottom was bone dry and birds took the rest. tomatoes; pot or compost bags, i have 2 varieties on the go shirley and gardeners delight. spring onions by realnewbie87
