Petunias growing faster than expected
, and be careful that they don't get leggy because they ae growing towards the light. You want nice compact, well-shaped plants. If they get too tall and thin, you can gently pinch out the tops. i have one for example that is so much taller than the rest. what do u by David 25

Edging for bed
pain Slates, sleepers, old floorboards to name but three. The thin plastic lawn edging stuff is less than useful as said. We have concrete edging strips all round our grass, but they are only about 6 inches tall so ypu possibly would need something by bunnysgarden

/ when to sow/ etc you must.always take them out of the dark and uncover when seedlings show they need light to turn green and grow. Its still early to start sowing most seeds they need better light levels or they grow thin and spindly  again read by Jinty40

not landscaping or "themes" or massive projects. I guess I will enjoy it though. My tip for Chelsea is to get one of the afternoon only tickets - you are allowed in at 3pm.  It is cheaper, for a start, and by the time you get to 6.30pm the crowds really thin out by Brumbull

Lawn too healthy
Hi, I have a weird problem. Our lawn used to be sad and thin and yellow, and barely worth the name. Then I oversowed with really good grass seed mixed with clover, and the lawn became incredibly lush and fast growing and beautiful. It is just by Jennifer Deegan

Preventing frogs freezing to death in wdlife ponds
, and the pond should be roundish in shape, rather than long and thin like a cast iron bath, then there's a chance that the deep water middle won't freeze as quickly down at the bottom. And a bog garden at the side of the pond will attract no end of wildlife by Harvey Sanders

Help! What has eaten my dahlias?!
they've disappeared into thin air!! There aren't any moles around and we live in the middle if nowhere on a farm? The other dahlias in the same bed are fine (so far) and the ones eaten arent next to each other but in the same bed. Please advise before I by Leekie

Plant Labels
i put it in a pot and write another one out, so through the winter ive washed all the labels some have come up clean, i dont use the pencil ive used a marker sharpie. Hannah, You can buy sheets of copper and thin enough to cut with scissors. A 'steam by Hannah Rodgers-Moriarty

Help needed: Trying to identify a flower
until the following year and if they're growing too thickly I thin them by lifting a few little ones gently (they'll just have one leaf next spring) and move them into pots of loam-based compost and keep them in a sheltered corner for a couple of years by Hopeful_young_gardener
