Robinia Frisia - brown spotted leaves - treatment?
"images for...". What to do? Would a pesticide treatment help? If so, which product(s) and when? Other than that all we could find is suggestion to prune the crown to shape, and thin it to allow drying airflow, and to clear up debris. by alexpeak

will yellow rattle kill couch grass
and they told us that they used yellow rattle to keep out the couch grass, I thin it stops it spreading. Worth a try but I'd weed the big plants out first and use the yellow rattle to weaken the inevitable new ones that come.  I too have couch grass rampaging by cotty1000

Orchid
bit thin. If they don't flower this year they might make good compost. Perhaps someone else can tell us both how to scare them into flower. by Dolphin_in_the_deep

What is this plant
I have 3 plants in my garden that are driving me mad, the reason being is I don't know what they are. They are very woody and have a spread of about 90cm, the leaves are thin and about 6cm covering most of the stalks and they have a dark pink by Elaine59

where to keep dianthus
better. I don't like taking hardy plants into the house to overwinter if I can help it - it promotes soft etiolated growth and as you say they're beautiful and bushy now, you don't want to get them all thin and drawn. by Bev Pounsett-Krynauw
