tham. Thanks. To Terry...I am afraid that is probably tomato blight which affects a whole area hence other people near you having the same. Best thing is to pull them up and burn them, you don't want the bacteria in your compost! i live in a very cold by hazeydays

. Carrots and parsnips - use a half a grow bag. Cut the bag around it middle to make a pot. Grow tomatos or potatos in it one year then save it. Plat carrots etc in it next year. I have not been very successful raising carrotts in the garden, I set them by Vee

July in your garden...
drenched. Tomatoes are limping along, haven't planted any outside as it seems like prime blight weather. Managed to net the strawberries, maybe the slugs and blackbirds will leave me a few.. by gardeningfantic

Is it ever going to STOP!!!!
I am getting very very cross at this weather!!!   Everything in the garden is retarded...The dreaded blight got to the first earlies so up they came  on the plus side  they were very nice... The runners wont grow properly  they just start then stop by susan howard2

1st ever greenhouse!
year of growing in a greenhouse and it is my pride and joy. I have been able to get decent tomato crops at last without the dreaded blight getting them. I also grow lots and lots of chillies  cucumbers and herbs and also start off all my other veg by Tilley Bancroft
