Potatoes

Marigolds in the veg patch
would do in the greenhouse, viz.   marigolds or tagetes with tomatoes for whiteflly I put tagetes between my tomatoes, not sure if they do anything though, toms seem to be the same with  or without. It's supposed to be effective but I've never done by Verdun

is tomatoes-grow well in all sorts of compost Is the greenhouse heated? I know you can grow winter salad leaves in a cold greenhouse You can also grow peppers, chillies, Cucumbers, Melons and figs in the greenhouse (I read the thread wrong lol) Hi geoff by mike litwa

What doe Hybrid F1 mean on a seed packet
that they don't come true to the original seed?  Is this the case? Sam F1 seeds are a result of a crossbreeding of two different parents to get a more resilient plant-quite common in tomatoes-the reason they are dearer is because a lot of this is done by hand so by Sam Glendinning
