Tomato
Can anyone tell me a GOOD variety of cherry tomato for growing in a hanging basket ? It will be in a sunny position and i would like it to be a heavy cropper. Hi Andrew You could try 'Garden Pearl' (aka 'Gartenperle'), it's a compact bush variety by Andrew Short

Tomatoes
Good morning - 40 years ago I used to enjoy a tomato whose flavour was so memorable, I can still taste it.  However I cannot find the tomato or its name.  It was a firm, medium sized fruit but had very stiking green rays eminating from where by Janie G

Tomato
My tomatoes are healthy but just keep producing lots of leaf but not much fruit. What am I doing wrong Overfeeding them.  Plants make fruit if the 'think' there is a likelyhood of their dying.  If you keep feeding it, the plant will keep on growing by Dragonfly2

New gardener advice on growing tomato's please
: http://www.tomatogrowing.co.uk/html/tomato_growing_tips.html Lots of good advice! If they still haven't appeared, you can cover the top with cling film until they do, so they won't dry out. But remove it once the seedlings emerge. I have a little bottle by Jamjaf

How are your Tomatoes growing? I am again growing Gourmet (mid size) sown in February in heated conservatory, eventually into GH with heat in April. They are now 4 foot tall with 3 trusses of flowers and small fruit developing. I do not remember by bigolob
