Tulips in Pots
with? Will a liquid feed do, such as Miracle Gro, or should it be tomato feed, or something else?     Sorry to disagree Leggi but you feed spring flowering bulbs after flowering to build it up for the following year an autumn feed will do nothing by wisehedgecrone

Help - how can I rescue my Clematis
drink and a tonic of liquid tomato food or seaweed now so their roots get plumped up and healthy as these are the plants' engines.  Keep them watered and fed till late September when you can plant them out in the garden.   Make sure you dig a good deep by Notgreenfingered

Plants and shrubs in containers.

Hello from a Newbie
plants flower earlier here and don't last as long as in England because the heat in July and August can be too much. Annuals in pots do very well, but I water them a lot. Onions, tomatoes, courgettes and squash do very well. The runner beans were by Le Hibou

A mild annoyance
will germinate in damp sand, when I spilt some tomato seed on my hot sand bed I had better results than from the actual seed trays. As a lad we did not have bespoke compost so it was all done with soil, we had no problems with that so why do otherwise? Frank. Got by Berghill

Teasel
and and water the chilli, aubergine, pepers and tomatoes.   Teasel is a big plant, so you don't need many of them in a garden. Many garden centres sell small plants, from the end of February, about £1 each, in the wildflowers section. That's probably the most by Stacey Watt

What not to grow
out of the ground and tasted of nothing when cooked. Now you'll be thinking it's just me, but I grow lovely carrots, tomatoes, courgettes, chillis, peas, beans, parsnips, potatoes and salads. I just can't seem to be successful with anything more by Green Magpie

Greenhouse
it sets, thus attaching the frame to the concrete in the ground. The greenhouse screws onto the frame. This meant I could have an earth floor for growing things eg tomatoes. It hasn't blown away yet! At first I had a Parasene heater, then OH put up a cable by bunnysgarden
