Talkback: Choosing vegetable varieties
from a website called http://www.catalink.com I've clearly gone about this all the wrong way. We moved house a year ago and dug in a small veg plot earlier this year. We grew courgettes, sweetcorn, tomatoes and carrots. There's no way we can go back by green eyed pea

Small Potatoes
Hi, I've recently dug up a potato crop and most of them are quite small. I prefer to grow veg naturally no feed only sun shine (HA !!) and water. Any advice to make potatoes bigger? James Simple-you have to feed plants or feed the soil so they can by James5

A garden full a weeds!
to turn into a veg plot?  Depends if you want to use weedkillers or not. I would spray the lot with glyphosate. It takes a little time to work as the plants absorb it through the leaves into the roots, but you can plant afterwards as it doesn't stay by Mrgreengiant
