Narcissus not flowering

Moving a rose bush
I have a rose bush which I planted a year ago, however I realise now after quite a lot of heavy rain this year it is in a spot where water seems to collect, so I want to re-plant it in slightly higher place.  Is now a good time to do it?  It has by caz11

Hydroponics?
-they will drown-just not that sort of plant. Sorry Paul, I don't think it's a goer either. But would be happy to be proved wrong! Think the key's in the name...watercress likes growing in water, and legumes would be happier in a more substantial substrate. hi just by Paul Little

these symptoms could be from using tap water over a prolonged period of time. Remember your chemistry, this plant loves acid conditions, most tap water is treated to slightly alkali, it is very slight, but enough to give trouble over time. Also remember by Virago

Fertilizing with BIOGROW (how often)
Hi, I have just purchased an organic fertilizer 'BIOGROW' made by 'BioBizz', on the label it says to 2-4ml/Litre and to use every time I water my plants (Passion fruit, Chilli ect).  Considering I have a heated floor and water my plants often, would by NewbieGardener

Tree lily bulbs
! bought some tree lily bulbs and I was told to plant them on their side to prevent water getting in the middle ot the bulbs.Is this the best way? Just put some grit under the bulbs and that is enough drainage. You could always slightly put by dotonthelandscape

Cucumbers
I have been given two outdoor cucumbers but i dont no what to do with them. Any advice is welcome. =)  Find a spot that's nice and warm with as much direct sun as possible. Dig in some nice compost, plant not too deeply, and keep well watered by Dolphin_in_the_deep

Cucumber and Spider Mite, Still edible?
Hello All, This is the first year i have grown Cucumbers (in a container) and I have a plant now infested with spider mites. I have sprayed the affected leaves with dish-soap and water but was wondering if the cucumbers on the plant are still safe by Liz_noobe

waste fish tank water
Hi, does any one know if the water I remove from my fish tank when I do a water change would help or hinder my fruit and vegetables ? I know my husband used to use it on our Orchids and they rocketed - loved it. Must be good for plants that like by paulchilds

Hydrangea Soil PH?
to be sure you can water it with sequestrene in rain water if you live in a hard water(limey) area.  If you want a blue flowered plant then water with hydrangea colourant and the plant will turn blue.  Mark, colourant only works on blue Hydrangea which have by LeadFarmer
