Does anybody know how long weed suppressing membrane has to be in position to kill and established lawn stone dead? I would imagine at least 6 months, 1 month has been suggested. I can't find written documentation on the test being actually carried by Jennifer Deegan

Talkback: Weed of the year 2008
Well I'm new to allotmenteering this year and I'm loving it. The weeds were 5 feet high when we took over the plot in July, but we've managed to clear most of them now. The worst were probably the bindweed with their brittle white roots which by green eyed pea

Found this growing in the flower bed today.  Any idea what it is?   Is it a weed or a keeper? Anemone blanda, something nice. It's easy and seeds around so some probably call it a weed Spot on, think i'll keep them then.   Thanks Adore this little by Bagz
