White bugs infesting compost bin
I have TRILLIONS of tiny white thread-like things in one of my dalek compost bins, all round the rim and now in quite a think layer on the compast itself.  It's the bin that's being topped up rather than the one that's cooking.  I've had them before by HyppyByker

White spots on leaves of chilli plant

How do I keep a Hydrangea white
I would like to grow a white Hydrangea in my garden.  I have a pink one already but would like a white one to cut and bring into the house.  What type of soil do I need and can I grow it in a large pot. Thanks! Hilary From a couple of days ago http by Hilary Riches

White moss/fur on newly germinating seeds
Some of my seedlings have started to develop a white furry moss. Is this something to be concerned about? I remember getting a little of this moss when growing some lavender from seed for a little while, or is this part of the germinating process by Huntertony

David Austen Rose - white bobbles on some branches
Help.  I have a David Austen Gertrude Jekyl rose and have planted it into my new garden.  It has some white bobbles on it.  I am keen to keep this as you know they are not cheap roses and I bought it for the beauty and the scent of it.  Any ideas by ANGIE DAWSON

Gardenia 'Hardenia' - white - dropping blackend and health leaves.
Hey, Does any one have the Hardy Gardenia 'Hardenia' - white plant? I have had mine in a container - which I have lined with polystryine - and it has mostly been indoors with a very brief spell outdoors before the last snow came. It has started by MaxiiLS

White fly on greens and aphid on lupin and scabiosa
Anyone got any DIY hints on minimising the strange tiny white flys in greens in the veg patch, would appear I still have then even in winter. Also aphid or greenfly on lupin and scabiosa. I seem to recall my dear grandad spraying washing up liquid by Greenbucket
