control at airports … for such a serious safety issue it seems to be very loosely regulated? Just to say that i was in the kitchen and thought there was a fly on the ceiling but at closer inspection it was a huge mosquito and had black and white stripes by Gray Colt

fluffy pampass --- can you get more chavvy than that??? And wall-flowers were considered, not so long ago, as a really "old-lady-ish" plant, and quite naff! I have planted a whole gaggle of these in red and white either side of our school chapel doorway by The Garden Monkey

reputable supplier you get care and pruning instructions supplied with them. I have 2 apple varieties, 2 plum and 2 pear trees. My apple tree has developed a white powdery fungus on some of the branches. Notice ants running up trunk. Any ideas how to treat by Penske666

insect lave that inhabit the pond, so keeping natures balence. newts lay their eggs under aquatic plant leaves(one at a time & the leaf is folded around it for protection.the eggs look like very small white balls, & are sticky so the leaves dont uncurl by Josquine

off the leaves got covered in white mould and it even spread to my grapevine in the greenhouse, this is the first time it has happened, can you tell me why. Do I need to spray my greenhouse and what precaution can I take not to have this happen next by Lizzie the gardner

. Caulis are just starting to form curds, they were lovely and white to begin with, but are now turning yellow!! Is this to be expected? The peg idea is great too!! Hi Sue the reason your caulis are going yellow is the sun, if you use pegs to keep some by Malf
