and that is unlikely Same goes for hedgehogs. And the company are right- a dead slug is not as appetising a live one But there are wildlife friendly pellets you can buy as an alternative to the the blue ones that do what they say on the tin cheers for that by matmats123

Nettles
nettles encourage more than just the butterflies. But simply having a patch of nettles won't guarantee butterflies. To encourage wildlife, the entire garden and the gardener, need to be wildlife friendly.Nettles are just one part of a much larger jigsaw. A by Cranesbill

slugs
, garden debris,under pots,dark places where they hide in the day-go out in the dark with a torch you will see them on the plants-pick them of and dispose- early this morning they were about. If you anti. the blue pellets there are wild-life friendly ones by leandal

Front and Back Garden Design - no plants!! help please?!!
. West facing so gets sun on 3 ft strip at front all day (on the hedge) and on the rest in the afternoon. Have just planted 3 apple trees and cherry tree in borders. I want to make it pretty but also productive..without upsetting neighbours .and wildlife by Dalesmum

and the veg I do grow lots of flowers for bees and have seen lots enjoying them try to make my garden bee friendly and for the wildlife around by Benchy
