Agapanthus flowering in January!!!
quite a few leaves turn yellow, and I would appreciate it if you could tell me whether I am overwatering or underwatering it, but it now has a flower stem some 14" tall and the buds are beginning to develop and spread out. Not sure about Agapanthus by GSR

Talkback: Honesty seed-pods
I have one plant which has flowered again after producing seed. It still has some new growth on it. Could this be a sport that turns out to be perennial? How exciting! I'm keeping a close eye on it. Has anyone come across a yellow flowered form by Hilda

Crocus flowers not opening
I have some lovely yellow bronze coloured crocuses but for some reason the flowers don't open and after some days the stalk withers and the flower dies. They are in pots. The big purple ones in the border for ones aren't keeling over and seem to do by Swedboy

meadow plants
. Will get along to garden centre and have a chat there also. Hi dobby2, if you Google 'meadow anywhere' you can buy a pack of native wildflower seeds to sow, that include yellow rattle. You'll get a lovely mix of flowers and money is donated to wildlife by dobby2

Climbing Rose
I have had a climbing rose (yellow coloured flowers) in the garden now for 2 years and have yet to get a flower.  Vigorous growth from it but just no flowers.  It is against a wall which receives a fair amount of sunshine. How is it trained by sunshine in the garden

shade loving plants
green foliage with yellow flowers.  Potentilla fruticosa shrubs come in forms with red, orange and yellow flowers.   Hemerocallis cope well in shade and there are forms with deep red flowers, brick red flowers as well as oranges and yellows. Daffodils by trifid house

Identifying a plant
/barren-strawberry.htm are what comes to mind - any good? I agree Potentilla, I have a yellow one, and a red one in my garden.  The red one is one of my all-time favourite plants in my garden, probably the favourite for flowers.  It is soft strawberry red, with a creamy yellow by katyou
