weeks ago have gone brown, but not the more recent ones. They look slightly diseased to my eyes it just looks like frost damage. Best policy [ as with many things ] is do nothing, nature will put it right. I think they are ok. Expect them to improve

Sounds like powdery mildew. It is a fungal disease and mint is susceptible to it.  Pick off all infected leaves and improve conditions.Your growing conditions may need to be changed. Powdery mild often occurs when a plant dries out - can happen
