(ph 5 when tested), the soil type is heavy clay and consequently there is moss there. i did my best to reduce that, upon moving into the house the moss and weed problem was horrific, hardly any of the lawn was actually grass! but the problem still

Can anyone advise what is a good spring feed for lawns using a spreader?  Our lawn has moss and weed through it so will give it a rake and aerate it first but have no idea what feed is good to use at this time of year. Immediately-do nothing

You obviously meant to post something??? Oops planted living roof on top of dustbin store last year. Now looking very bedraggled with a lot of moss and all but sedum type plants have died. Also seems very wet despite having drainage holes at corners

of it? It may be slime mould. If it is, dryer weathe will get rid of it for you. Breaking up the ground surface will also make it less widespread. Thanks.  I have been told it could be a fungus which comes from moss spores. you don't live near the sea
