Hi all, I have an orchid that looks really well in that it's upright, leaves are rich green and petals not drooping but dark spots/marks have appeared on quite a few petals.....any ideas what is causing this?

Hi, I have tiny pin head type mushrooms appearing in my orchid compost. Are they a problem to myslef or the orchid? Should I remove them? If so what is the best way to do this please? These are orchids which have been resting for a while
