Hedgerow shrub - what is it ??

- it is in Berkshire. ..I think it's a wild plum - prunus domestica.. These tiny pics blackthorn is out now so probably that. Is it prickly? Other possibilities are wild plum, bullace etc but they've probably finished flowering Will get out of the car again tomorrow

'd link the photo but since it's a commercial stock photo site, i'll avoid the potential agro. It's a pretty good match i think. I would say its a cherry also Well, whatever it is, it's very pretty! I believe it is Prunus cerasifera.  Common name Cherry

It's a verry shallow border, bordering plum slate. Raised flower bed one side, small buddleja the other and a dwarf apple tree. Pretty good soil - heavy clay mixed in with lots of well-rotted stuff, so very free draining and rich. Just been mulched
