.  Flea beetle can be hard to deal with.  Pyrethrum (extracted from chrysanthemums and sometimes called 'nature's insecticide') should kill them if a 'nearly' organic control is acceptable. Try Diatomaceous Earth.  I use it to kill mites in my Hen House
