My birthday

can lift the primroses and primula and put them somewhere shady to start again in rthe autumn. Once they finish flowering it is also a good time to divide them.  Hi Mike they are all hardy so will be quite happy in pots in a quiet corner of the garden


Pendulous sedge

HEllo, HELP please.  LOADS of Pendulous sedge coming up  in damp, shady spots in the garden. How do I get rid of it? Some are big clumps. Burn it??! Haras sed!   They take a bit of digging out but it's what I do with them. The flowers and seed heads

Hi everyone.. i was given a bit of this for my shady garden.. and i love it..but i dont know what it is. it grows upto about 12-15ins tall when in flower.  any help would be great thanks.. all i know is it spreads fast and can be divided easily

stagnant , stick a couple of drops of washing up liquid in and it will be fine! if it were me I`d empty it as its in full sun.. clean it & put back.. I would empty it and clean the butt thoroughly and if you can move it to a cool and shady part


brown / black spots on heuchera
