Has anybody used the above, which are recommended as a slow fertiliser, but also has the added bonus of being an irritant to slugs and snails who apparently dislike the wool content of the pellets. Is it effective? Would welcome any comments

& snails!   I'm thinking of putting them in the unheated greenhouse now to over winter. They're getting so sodden all the time they don't look very healthy.  This will also give slug/snail protection.  Good idea or bad? Sounds like a great plan to me. I
