Just sowed my first sweet peas the giant variety I've coverd them in club film and placed them at the back off a wardrobe in the dark hopefully il get some shoots within the next week or two. Any ideas if they'll flower this year? Hello green

Hi i have a unheated greenhouse if i start so some seeds of in the next week would they be ok the seeds i was thinking about starting is cabbage,spourts,caulie lettuce,broccil,leeks i know it will be to cold for toms and cucumbers. many thanks All

tick tick tick tick tip: add sugar with the tomato seed so the tomato tastes sweeter I planted tomato seeds on 8 April but 6 weeks on they are only 5 cms high and seem quite weak. Would the soil I planted them in have anything to do with it

I have to agree with Pippa, I am like a girl in "Barbie-Doll" heaven when I pass by a display of new seeds in local shops. This year I went a little crazy with peas, tomatoes and sunflowers !!! Me too, a brand new packet of seeds sown sees me out
