I noticed a couple of weeks ago that fuchias overwintering in my unheated conservatory had bits missing out of the leaves. Today the leaves have completely been eaten. Does anyone know if I can do anything about this? Vine weevils usually eat chunks

Can you check to see if vine weevil grubs have eaten the roots? I believe that fuchsias are one of their favourite plants. I agree with Kate - if they are in pots, tip an affected plant out and look for 'C' shaped Vine Weevil grubs
