- Closing dates for all promotions are found on the promotion page itself.
- Successful winners will be informed within 28 days of the closing date.
- Prize winners must claim their prize within 3 months of the closing date. Unclaimed prizes will be drawn again or deferred.
- Entrants must supply their full name, address and daytime telephone number and by entering, agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
- Promotions are open to all UK residents aged 18 or older, except BBC employees and anyone connected with the promotions.
- Only one online entry per person for each promotion is permitted. Email addresses must be provided with each online entry.
- Postal entries must be supplied on a sealed envelope or postcard. One envelope per promotion. Only one postal entry per person for each promotion is permitted.
- Winner(s) will be drawn at random from all the entries made across all entry methods.
- The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries.
- Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. No cash alternative.
- Names of winners are available at gardenersworld.com for 3 months after the closing date. You can also obtain winners names by sending a SAE to Gardenersâ World Magazine, 2/D1, Media Centre, Wood Lane, London W12 7TQ, within 6 weeks of the closing date.
- Unless otherwise stated, hotel break promotions do NOT include travel.
- The Promoter's decision is final in every situation, including any not covered above, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter reserves the right, in the event of circumstances arising outside of its control which in its opinion makes it necessary, to cancel or change the competition at any stage.
- This agreement is covered by the laws of England and Wales.
