Nearly 70 acres of Grade I-listed gardens encompass a rose parterre, walled garden, borders, topiary and hedges, formal lawns and woodland walks. In the ornamental fruit and vegetable garden you’ll find quince and medlar trees, plus espalier apples and pears. Beyond lies parkland and a lake, landscaped by Capability Brown.
Check before you travel
Before setting off check the garden’s website or call direct, as opening details can vary and one-off restrictions may apply.
We advise checking the garden’s own website or calling them direct to ensure the published details are accurate, as opening times and restrictions may vary.
Always take your 2 for 1 card with you
Some gardens have pre-booking systems in place – take your 2 for 1 card with you to validate your booking.
If a garden offers both pre-booking and walk-up options, we recommend booking prior to your visit to avoid disappointment should the garden be busy.
Please don’t make multiple pre-bookings or share your 2 for 1 card – card misuse will invalidate your discount claim at the garden.
