Stroll through these richly planted, historic gardens, arranged over seven acres within the 17th-century outer defensive walls. The productive and ornamental areas include a wide diversity of beautifully maintained plants and trees, including a stately yew avenue. There is a sculpture collection and fine views of the castle and surrounding countryside.
