Overlooking the Clyde, this sheltered woodland garden with Himalayan glen is home to many beautiful, rare and tender rhododendrons and magnolias, along with other acid-loving plants such as acers, lantern trees (Crinodendron) and Chilean fire bushes (Embothrium). There is also a vegetable garden and a large rock garden built around an old quarry.
