For two colour-packed months, you can enjoy one of the finest collections of rhododendrons and azaleas, primulas and blue Himalayan poppies, many of which have been introduced from the wild or bred by the Cox family over the past century. Arranged throughout the gardens and woodland you’ll also find many other spring-flowering, acid- loving plants from all over the world, including including Chile, Tasmania and Tibet.
Due to ongoing rule changes in response to the coronavirus pandemic, public gardens may experience unforeseen restrictions and opening hours.
