Agapanthus are South African plants with strap-like leaves and showy flowers in shades of blue, violet or white. They’re ideal for growing in containers, from which their pretty blooms stand tall, spilling over other pots.

Agapanthus ‘Angela’ bears pale blue flowers with a semi-drooping habit. For best results grow in a sheltered, sunny spot in moist but well-drained soil. In exposed areas Agapanthus ‘Angela’ benefits from winter protection. Alternatively, grow it in pots and move indoors in autumn.
