Allium ‘Mars’ bears well-formed, dark-red-puple, compact flower heads in late-spring and early summer. It’s is a fantastic choice for sunny borders, and works well when planted in drifts with ornamental grasses and other alliums. It makes a wonderful cut flower.

For best results, grow Allium ‘Mars’ in well-drained soil in full sun. Plant bulbs in fertile, well-drained soil up to three times their diameter.
