Viticella clematis are tough, fast-growing and hardy, and are ideal for growing through trees and bushes. They typically have bell-shaped, nodding flowers. Clematis 'Palette' bears beautiful two-tone flowers in contrast with light green foliage, all summer long. A vigorous climber, it grows to around 300cm in height, and shows good resistance to clematis wilt.

Being a summer-flowering clematis, Clematis 'Palette' is in Pruning Group Three. Simply cut stems back to the lowest pair of buds in February or March.
