Lathyrus odoratus 'Painted Lady' is bi-coloured pale pink and darker pink-flowered sweet pea. Flowers are highly scented and appear earlier than other sweet pea varieties, from late-May. The blooms last well in water, making them excellent for cutting.
Lathyrus odoratus 'Painted Lady' is an ideal choice for a sunny border or container display, and will quickly cover a trellis or obelisk. For best results, feed fortnightly with a high-potash fertiliser, and deadhead regularly to prolong flowering.
