Lavatera trimestris 'Mont Blanc' is a superb mallow, ideal for growing in the centre of a large sunny border. The large bushy plants bear masses of huge white, trumpet-shaped flowers, which are extremely attractive to bees.
Grow Lavatera trimestris 'Mont Blanc' in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun. Deadhead spent blooms to prolong flowering, but allow some to develop seeds which you can save for the following year.
