Oriental lilies tend to have large, fragrant, outward-facing facing flowers. Because blooms of many oriental lilies appear to look upwards, they are sometimes referred to as ‘stargazers’.
Lilium ‘Saltarello’ is a golden, yellow oriental trumpet lily. A tall-growing variety, ‘Salterello’ is perfect for growing in a mixed herbaceous border, and makes a fantastic cut flower.
