Monty and Alan - Subscriber Club exclusive part one

The June 2017 issue of BBC Gardeners’ World Magazine celebrates 50 years of the nation’s favourite gardening programme. When Monty and Alan recently joined forces for the cover shoot we filmed the whole occasion for posterity.

Two of the videos we created are only available in Secret Garden, for members of Subscriber Club. In the first clip, above, Monty and Alan sit down to discuss what the programme means to them.

They chat about the rarity of them both meeting, their experiences of filming the programme come rain or shine and their sense of responsibility to the viewers.
