Parsley is the herb of choice for a garnish, but it is also used in bouquet garnis, as the main ingredient in parsley sauce, and as an ingredient in soups and fish dishes. Native to the mediterranean, it’s a rich source of vitamin C and iron, and is said to cure bad breath and cleanse the skin.
Petroselinum crispum ‘Titan’ is a flat-leaved or French parsley, with small, flat, deep-green leaves similar to coriander, with a strong, sweet parsley flavour. Due to its stronger flavour, broad-leaved parsley is better used in culinary dishes, rather than as a garnish.
