Part of the New World Collection, Clematis 'Shimmer' is a large-flowered clematis, with its lilac-blue blooms measuring 18cm in diameter. It's the perfect climber to grow up a fence or wall, train through trees or shrubs, or even grow up an obelisk on the patio.

Being a summer-flowering clematis, 'Shimmer' is in Pruning Group Three. Simply cut stems back to the lowest pair of buds in February or March.
