Narcissus 'Ariel' is a scented variety that are often sold for forcing indoors, particularly over Christmas. The flowers are pure white and produce several flowers on each stem. In order to force the bulbs of Narcissus 'Ariel' indoors, place a layer of gravel or pebbles inside a container, push the bulbs in until the bulbs are half buried. Then add water to a level just below the bulb and top up as required.
