Viola x wittrokiana ‘Ultima Morpho’

Pansies, Viola x wittrockiana, are low-growing, bushy perennials usually grown as annual bedding plants. They are larger than most species violas, and have heart-shaped leaves and colourful, often bicoloured flowers with darker, face-like markings in the centre. Most cultivars flower in spring and summer but some have been bred to bloom throughout winter, offering a cheerful display of colour when little else is in flower.

Viola x wittrokiana ‘Ultima Morpho’ is a series of multiflora pansies with unique colour patterns. They’re ideal for growing in bedding displays as well as continers, window boxes and hanging baskets. ‘Ultima Morpho’ has pretty purple flowers with a yellow, black-striped centre.

For best results keep plants well watered and deadhead regularly to prolong flowering.
