Primula secundiflora is a beautiful Chinese primula, perfect for growing at the edge of ponds and in bog gardens. It bears clump-forming, upright narrow leaves, above which slender, silvery stems bear clusters of nodding, pink-purple, bell shaped flowers.
For best results grow plants in sun to partial shade in a moist but well-drained soil, but never allow the soil to completely dry out. Avoid deadheading spent flowers as plants self-seed readily.
