Rudbeckia 'Herbstsonne' bears large, golden yellow flowers with reflexed petals, held on tall, slender stems. It's perfect for growing in a mixed herbaceous border, and also works well in prarie-style planting schemes. Like all coneflowers, Rudbeckia 'Herbstsonne' thrives in a sheltered, sunny spot. It makes an excellent cut flower.

For best results grow in moist but well-drained soil, in full sun. Divide plants in spring or autumn. The RHS has given Rudbeckia 'Herbstsonne' its prestigious Award of Garden Merit.
