Spirea japonica 'Goldflame' is a colourful shrub. The foliage emerges bronze-red in spring, maturing to bright yellow and then green. From midsummer clusters of dark pink flowers appear, contrasting the glowing foliage. Compact and easy to grow, it makes a fantastic low hedge.

Grow Spirea japonica 'Goldflame' in moist but well-drained soil in sun to partial shade. Prune annually after flowering, to maintain its shape.
