After 3 weeks brewing, for how long does it retain its potency as a liquid feed

I'd leave it to steep for 3 or 4 weeks and then use it.

Not the best time of year tho.......best to use the growth in Spring and Summer to concoct your feed and use the same year.

I leave mine to brew for 6wks and using it fresh is probably better but I've used home made seaweed feed the following yr after brewing, it hasn't done my veggies any harm.
