Cons
- Metal handles cold in the hand despite soft grip inserts
- Opened further than most of the testers could grip
- Their dark colour makes them harder to find amongst prunings

The tool feels robust and strong and the ratchet mechanism and anvil blade make cutting efficient and easy – the ratchet can be used in up to 3 stages which is great if hand strength is an issue. The ratchet mechanism did rattle noisily but still cut well.
